Custom Art Products is privileged to represent Long Island Watercolor Artist Jlee Elsbree Fine Art Giclée Prints.
A Giclee fine art print refers to a machine-made reproduction using the latest and most sophisticated scanning, color matching and ink-jet technology. The name comes from the French word Giclée (pronounced Zhee-Clay) that means "spray". A Giclée fine art print is the standard in the art industry, and is widely embraced for its astonishing quality by major museums and galleries. |

As a young child, I was encouraged, by my mother, to draw and paint. I went on to take every art related class offered in High School. I attended SUNY New Paltz with a Summer at the Universite’ de la Cité in Paris traveling through Europe to see the “Old Masters”. After graduation, I taught art on the High School level and took Master Classes at Pratt Institute.
I’ve worked in most 2-D media and started using watercolor in 2012, for local scenes. I also paint personal and religious paintings in acrylic on canvas. My Giclée Prints are quite simply the closest replication of my original Long Island watercolor artwork that is currently possible. |
